About the Challenge

Nuvision Credit Union is committed to giving back to the communities we serve and promoting opportunities for financial education growth and career enrichment. With this principle in mind, we are hosting the 2022 Essay Challenge Scholarship Program in the communities we serve.

In addition to providing scholarships to the students, the program will also include donations to participating schools and sound financial education to the students/parents that we believe will be beneficial to them in this crucial time of their lives when making sound financial decisions is important and can lead to having a sound financial future.  We are very pleased to be able to support the students and help them achieve their educational and personal goals.

2022 Essay Challenge- Scholarship Application Form

Nuvision Credit Union will select six recipients to receive a $5,000 scholarship each.
Application Deadline: April 22, 2022

Entries for the Essay Challenge (including scholarship application forms) must be postmarked or dropped off to any Nuvision branch OR emailed to essaychallenge@nuvisioncu.org by April 22, 2022

2022 Essay Challenge

Eligibility: Essay Challenge entrants must be a graduating high school senior class of 2022 and Alaska, Arizona, California, Washington, or Wyoming resident. The scholarship must be used for attending a licensed/certified post-high school program this fall. Applicants must have a minimum of 2.25 cumulative GPA and be enrolled as a full-time student. Employees, board members and committee members of Nuvision Credit Union and their children are not eligible to enter. Nuvision Credit Union membership not needed to apply.
