Francine Ayala originates from Los Angeles County and now resides in the San Gabriel Valley.
Francine leads her life in faith family and business along with her son. Through her volunteer work with Concept 7, a foster care agency, she has been able to impact many lives by gathering Christmas gifts for children ranging in ages from newborns to 21 years of age. She has also volunteered and worked with the American Cancer Society and began the Inaugural Relay for Life of Commerce, where she has been able to spread health and wellness through several communities including Commerce, Montebello, Downtown Los Angeles, and Southeast Cities. In 2013, she was awarded the Humanitarian Award by the Commerce Industrial Council for her continuous volunteerism and charitable contributions throughout the community of Commerce.
Francine also has over 17 years of banking experience which has shaped her to be the successful leader she is today. She is also leading women entrepreneurial summits to leaders in her communities and strives to empower more women to take control of their finances. Her team is continuously growing and will soon be one of the top brokers in her company.
Her life goal is to help as many people as possible by spreading awareness of financial literacy. She attains a vision to have multiple agencies that encourage people across all communities to grow and consistently strive in life.
